Travel Itineray
Istanbul GP 2008
09 May 2008 : Welcome to Istanbul. Our
transfer staff will meet you at the airport according to your
flight schedule and take you to your hotel. You will have the
evening free for discovering Istanbul and having some rest.
10 May 2008 : Wake up early in the
morning and have breakfast at the hotel. We will meet you at the
hotel lobby at about 08:15, our coach will depart at 08:30 from
the circuit. We spend all day at the track, watching qualifyings,
support races, shopping official goods and enjoying the
wonderful circuit. We meet at the Main Vending Area at 17:00,
and our coach will leave at 17:15.
11 May 2008 : Today is the race day, so
in order not to get caught in the traffic, after having the
breakfast at the hotel, our guides will come to the hotel lobby
at 07:45, and the coach will leave at 08:00. The race will start
at 15:00, until that time we enjoy the circuit facilities and
support races, as well as the drivers parade. We meet at the
Main Vending Area at 17:00, and our coach will leave at 17:15.
12 May 2008 : Our guides will come to
the hotel 3 hours before your flight. Please do your check-out
and get ready at the lobby. We will transfer you to the airport
just at the right time (2 hrs prior to flight departure is
sufficient) For those who booked for extra nights will get ready
like the same on their departure day.
